We are certified in pet first aid with DogSafe and St John's Ambulance and we are insured and bonded with PROfur insurance. You can rest assured that we will look after your fur baby as if they were our own, and give them the highest quality care while you're away.

Partners in business and life, and strong advocates for animal well being, Matt and Jaclyn are certified in pet first aid with St John's Ambulance and DogSafe. Jaclyn is completing her Diploma of Canine Behaviour Science and Technology from Companion Animal Sciences Institute. We have experience walking 100+ dogs and caring for dozens of other pets including cats, birds, rodents and reptiles!
Jac's Pack will deliver fun-filled adventures with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation that ensures every pet comes home tired and relaxed. With our expert handling of various pet needs and temperaments, we tailor each session to maximize engagement and enjoyment. We prioritize building a meaningful bond with your pet so they feel safe and excited when we come to your home.
