No, I do not have a daycare facility. 

No, all dogs will be leashed at all times, but I do have a 100 foot lead that comes in handy in the field when dogs want more space to run and play!

All walks, visits and house-sitting bookings are completed by Jaclyn or Matt. 

All animals are welcome in the pack! I offer pet sitting for animals of all kinds, including cats, fish, rodents, birds and reptiles. We do not currently offer services for horses.

All pets needs are different so if your pet requires more than one visit/walk per day, that can certainly be arranged! However, I only offer one 60 minute adventure walk per day. 

Same day requests are considered but may not be accepted depending on scheduling capacity.

I can walk multiple dogs at once depending on their leash skills. If you have more than one pet needing care during each visit/walk, I charge $10 extra per pet. 

I do not take my pet clients to the dog park as there are safety risks involved when playing with unfamiliar dogs. However, I may walk two dogs together but they will be vetted by me first hand as they will already be a part of the pack and they are required to be vaccinated against rabies and DHPP. 

 I always keep a close eye on your dog's disposition and I am vigilant of changes in behaviour and signs of overheating. In extremely hot or cold temperatures, the following precautions and service changes may occur:   

• I will stay close to your home in shady areas and near my car for quick escape to air conditioning/warmth
• I will have cool water on me at all times for your dog to drink
• I may arrive earlier in the day to walk your dog when it is cooler, or later when it warms up
• I may shorten walks
• I may stay in your home with your dog for indoor play and let them out into the backyard for a bathroom break if necessary

All dogs are different and you know your furry friend best, so if you have any preferences or requests in extreme weather do not hesitate to get in touch with me and we can create a plan together.  

For service requests totalling $300 or more before tax, clients must submit a 20% deposit upon booking.

Any services occurring on a statutory holiday will be subject to an additional charge of 25% of the standard service rate
