How can I join the pack?

Step 1: fill out form
Please fill out this brief intake form (also found at the bottom of this page) which will help us understand your pet and what services you are looking for.
Step 2: meet-and-greet
After you've filled out the intake form, we will contact you ASAP to schedule a meet-and-greet, free of charge. This will give you and your pet an opportunity to sniff us out and discuss further details about our future visits.
STEP 3: create an account
After the meet and greet, check your inbox for an email with a link to create your account with Time to Pet where you can add pets to your profile and update emergency contact information.
step 4: start booking
Access the Time to Pet website or app 24/7 and use your client portal to request services, make payments, view walk reports and review our policies. You can also contact us directly to book walks, drop-in visits or house-sitting care.
Service area
Services are provided in Newmarket and Aurora primarily.
(Service requests outside this area may be accommodated for an additional travel/fuel fee.)
